Plan is the Papillion LaVista Arts Network which puts on art camps for the youth in the local area. This Design is for the play that the youth art camp put on July 2013. The play is in the style of
Dudley Do-Right – the villain, with handle bar mustache, tying the damsel in distress to the railroad.
